The Tango Dress is a midi length dress covering the knee. It has a deep, ruffled v-neckline that can be worn open or closed with the hook-and-eye. It features elasticated lantern long sleeves and has a frill below the chest as well as a double frill on the hips, making it extremely flattering. It also has the prettiest layers of frill around the hem and just above it.
