We hope you are happy with your purchase from La Galeria Elefante, however, if you are not satisfied with any of your articles or find there is any damage, you have fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery of the package to return the product(s).
All shipping costs for exchange or return products are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of prior damage to the product. In this event, La Galeria Elefante will assume the shipping costs. You must complete a return form by sending us an email or contact the customer service department at La Galeria Elefante info@lagaleriaelefante.com. Once we have received the item(s) return(s) and the completed form, you will have the option to exchange or get your money back.

This process is executed within 72 hours after receiving the returned package. All returned items must be un-used and in the original condition. La Galeria Elefante will not accept any items damaged, used, worn, or broken.
Returned items must be sent (expenses paid by the client) via certified mail or courier.
La Galeria Elefante reserves the right to not accept responsibility for parcels that are not sent by registered post or by a certified courier company.
